A-Plus Sea Master® Marine Anti-Corrosive Primer is a 2-component heavy-duty marine primer exhibiting superior anti-corrosive properties and adhesion. Its unique combination of high grade resin and pigments gives it superior performance and protection for bare substrates made of aluminum, wood, steel, and fiberglass. It has good adhesion and sandability which makes it an ideal primer and intermediate coating for A-Plus Sea Master® Marine Coatings.

Surface Preparation & Precautions
- Surface to be painted must be thoroughly cleaned, free from any contaminants that can affect adhesion such as wax, oil, grease, rust, and loose particles.
- Sandblasting or powertool-assisted cleaning should be performed on highly corroded steel surfaces prior to painting.
- If previously painted, strip off all loose and chalking paint with A-Plus Supertanggal® Paint Remover.
- Avoid painting under extreme environmental conditions and/ or bad weather conditions.
- MIX WELL before using. Mixing ratio: 3:1 by volume, Paint and Hardener
Painting Procedure
- Primer: Observe proper surface preparation. Mix product well before applying at least 2 coats of A-Plus Sea Master® Marine Anti-Corrosive Epoxy Primer using either a brush, roller, or spray. Allow at least 6-8 hours drying time before recoat.
- Putty: Patch up minor surface imperfections with fully mixed components of A-Plus A&B® Heavy-Duty Marine Epoxy Adhesive. Sand lightly before spot priming and proceeding with topcoat.
- Topcoat: Apply at least 2 coats of choice of A-Plus Sea Master® Marine Topcoats using either a brush, roller, or spray.
