A-Plus Impregnator® Sealer is a nanoparticulate penetrating water repellent sealer used for general sealing of porous mineral substrates like masonry, stones, and other similar materials. Its unique formulation of silane, siloxane, and synthetic polymers allows it to chemically bond and penetrate the substrate to form an invisible barrier resistant to water, moisture, algae growth, and stains. It maintains/preserves the natural look of the substrate while allowing vapors or moisture to escape.

Surface Preparation & Precautions
Precautions:
- Do not use acid etching products on areas or surfaces to be treated.
- Product must be applied directly to bare mineral substrates only.
- Do not apply on direct sunlight or on extreme weather conditions.
- Reactions or water beading effect differ from substrate to substrate.
- This product willl not hide cracks, blemishes, and other surface imperfections.
Surface Preparation:
- Wash and remove residues that could inhibit contact between the product and the mineral surface. If necessary, perform power washing or intense scrubbing.
- Surface to be treated must be dry, sound, and firm, free from dust, dirt, laitance, oil, waxes, and other contaminants.
Painting Procedure
- Using either a brush, roller, or spray, apply liberal amounts of A-Plus Impregnator® Sealer on the porous substrate until wet.
- If surface is very porous, apply another treatment after 1 hour.
- Allow surface to fully dry at least 6 hours before subjecting to normal use or before testing its water repellant property.
