A-Plus Acmelux® Premium Acrylic Solvent-Based Paint

For Bare Concrete

1. For new concrete, allow to cure for at least 4 weeks after setting. Clean surface thoroughly.
2. Sealer(For Fresh Concrete): Apply at least 1 coat A-Plus Acmelux® Penetrating Sealer. Allow to dry for 2 hours before next step.
3. Waterproofing: For positive side waterproofing on areas such as Firewalls, Bathroom, Roofdecks, Basements, etc., apply 3-4 coats of a mixture of A-Plus® Concrete Bond with portland cement at 1-Ltr to 1-Kg ratio. Pot life is approx. 4 hours. Allow 2-3 hours drying between each coat. For superior waterproofing on both positive and negative side water pressure, apply 2-3 coats of A-Plus Water-Check®.
4. Primer: Apply 1-2 coats of A-Plus Acmelux® Primer. Allow to dry for 2 hours before next step.
5. Putty: Fix minor surface imperfections by applying A-Plus Acmelux® Putty/A-Plus Acmelux® Cast using a putty knife/trowel. If a textured finish is desired, apply using a mortar gun or caulking gun followed by pressing with a wooden roller. Allow to dry for 2 hours before the next step.
6. Topcoat: Apply 2 or more coats of A-Plus Acmelux® Topcoat Paint. Full curing may be achieved after 24 hours.

For Previously Painted Substrates (Concrete, Wood, or Metal)

1. If previously painted, strip off all paint to bare substrate with A-Plus Supertanggal® Paint Remover. Thoroughly clean the substrate free of any contaminants before painting.
2. Primer: Apply 1-2 coats A-Plus Acmelux® Primer White. Allow to dry for at least 2 hours before next step.
3. Putty: Fix minor surface imperfections by applying A-Plus Acmelux® Cast using a putty knife/trowel. If a textured finish is desired, apply using a mortar gun or caulking gun. Allow to dry for at least 2 hours before the next step.
4. Topcoat: Apply 2 or more coats of A-Plus Acmelux® Topcoat Paint. Full curing may be achieved after 24 hours.
